We offer Free Ground Shipping on all US orders (including Hawaii and Alaska) because all clothing is made-to-order delivery will take six to eight weeks. We will keep you updated by sending out email alerts when your order leaves our dressmakers.


Our aim is to provide you with the highest level of customer service possible. For any return or exchange, the item must be returned to HANEY unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered and undamaged within 15 days from the days for a full refund. After 15 days you will receive your order for store credit only. It must be returned in the original packaging, with any original labels intact as sold, including any boxes, hangers, garment bags, and other signature packaging materials.

How do I return or exchange an item?

If you wish to return an item, please contact to arrange for the return. 

How do I return an item that arrived damaged?

If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact us at Customer Care at or (213) 372-0180 and a member of our Customer Care team will be happy to discuss options. 

What if I miss the return window?

For any exchange or refund, items need be sent back to us within 30 days to qualify.  Items sent back outside this time frame will be reviewed and considered at the discretion of HANEY.

Will HANEY handle my alterations?

While we do not provide an alteration service, we will be happy to try to assist you.  Please contact a Personal Stylist at or (213) 327-0180. A stylist in your area or from our main office will assist you.
