Sutton Stracke
Los AngelesSutton Stracke has had a robust career in the performing arts beginning as the assistant to the Artistic Director and a modern dance teacher at the North Carolina Dance Theater. Since that time, and for over fifteen years, she has continued to support the performing arts, serving as the Director of Development for the Merce Cunningham Dance Company, and the Executive Director of the Augusta Ballet, and serving on the Boards of both institutions.
She was a company member with the Augusta Ballet Company and winner of the National Choreographer’s Award in 1994. She performed for the North Carolina Dance Theater and Anna Sokolow Company and has produced her own choreography shows.
Sutton currently lives in Los Angeles with her husband, Christian Stracke, Managing Director for PIMCO, and their three children. She also pens a successful style blog called Suttons-Law.

Favorite place to shop and why?Decades, because I am obsessed with vintage and I love mixing those treasures with my favorite designers of today for an original look. I also like Gregory's as they have a great selection of emerging, cool brands.

Whose closet would you most like to shop in?I should shop in my own closet more, but if I could I'd love to pull some pieces from Marilyn Monroe.

Your go-to evening bag?Without a doubt any of my Perrin Paris glove clutches. A conversation starter at any event!

Favorite hostess gift to give?I'm Southern, so it has to be monogrammed linen cocktail napkins and a bottle of champagne.
