HANEY’s week of Events
Last Thursday was so much fun but also incredibly hectic with photo shoots and events. I went to the amazing Hollywood Costume exhibit at the Wilshire May Company building. The exhibit presents costumes from The Hunger Games, American Hustle, Dallas Buyers Club and Dorothy’s shoes from the Wizard of Oz. HANEY is inspired by the great Hollywood costume designers and I was blown away by the exhibit. I was proud to be wearing one of my latest designs.

After the costume event, I had a photo shoot for both Le Catch and Vensette. The shoot documented Marlien Rentmeester of Le Catch, Annie Wherle of Set, Sip and Serve and me getting ready for PSLA’s Autumn Party. Marlien wore ‘the Lori’ and I wore ‘the Valerie’ both from HANEY.

The event honored Donna Karen who is a huge inspiration for me. I was a co-host and had the opportunity to dress the beautiful actress Amanda Crew from “Silicon Valley”. She rocked HANEY’s MIRANDA.
