We offer complimentary Ground Shipping on all over $250 orders (including Hawaii and Alaska).  Next business day delivery within the continental United States is available for $20 USD for orders placed by 3PM EST.

Orders shipped outside of the United States are shipped via DHL for a flat fee of $50 USD. 

Note: HANEY does not collect duties or taxes for international orders. DHL will notify you of any duties or taxes your respective country levies on your purchase. The recipient must make this payment directly to DHL prior to receiving their order. 


Our aim is to provide you with the highest level of customer service possible. We do not accept exchanges or returns after 10 days of receipt.  All Original tags must be on the garments. The client is responsible for the costs associated with the return items.

How do I return an item that arrived damaged?
If Products purchased on are received damaged, the Client must notify Client Services within forty eight (48) hours of receipt by email. The Client must provide detailed information and pictures of the defects and keep the original Product packaging and the parcel in the condition in which it was received. Client Services will then begin investigation with the shipping company. Please note that this process generally takes between eight (8) and ten (10) business days to resolve.
